What's The Process

Product Selection: Customers browse our store or website to select products they wish to purchase.

Order Placement: Customers can place their orders online. Customers will need to provide their shipping address, contact details, and payment information.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation via their preferred communication method (email or text). This confirmation includes the order details, payment confirmation, and an estimated delivery date.

Order Processing: Our team processes the order, ensuring that the selected products are in stock and ready for fulfillment. We will reach out to the customer to confirm any specific requirements or customization details.

Payment: Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit/debit cards. For large or custom orders, a deposit may be required based on 50% of the total purchase, and invoiced via Square POS link message.

Order Fulfillment: Once the order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment. Please allow time to make and ship the product. Normal shipping ETAs are 7-10 business days, but may take longer depending on the order. Customers will be notified once their order is ready, along with tracking information for shipped orders.

Order Follow-up: After delivery or pickup, we will follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction. If there are any issues, our customer service team is available to assist with returns, exchanges, or additional support.
